  Responsibilities:
Executive Chef to oversee HBM student run catering events. Creating and implementing new menu concepts and recipes. Facilitate a working relationship with the Presidents and Foundation Offices. Assisted in setting standards for quality control and sanitation. Responsible for purchasing and receiving Organized food and service production. Instructor for HBM 258 labs. Building relationships with local farmers and WSU organic program to insure the ability of local sustainable products for our guests. Co-leader for summer institutes for the National Restaurant Association. Coordinator for Florence, Italy food and wine program.
