Responsibilities:
On behalf of the College of Business, specific to the Pullman, WA. location, I perform the following duties:
Manage all College of Business facility improvements including building maintenance requests, facility renovations, and the creation of new facilities.
Maintain and continuously improve all College of Business research labs and classroom environments; 14 are in operation currently.
Provide recommendations for strategic short and long term facility space planning and churn management.
Develop and present program plans, including preliminary facility schematics and design diagrams.
Assist College of Business with Emergency Preparedness plans and Continuity of Operations plans.
