Research:
  • Productivity Assessment and Enhancement
        Drawing from operations research, services marketing, organizational behavior, and human-resource management, this research develops our understanding of unit-level performance in a global, multi-unit context with application to future management practice.
  • Managerial Efficacy
        While researchers across disciplines have considered various aspects of relational exchanges, my research focuses on the effects of such on managerial efficacy and, ultimately, unit-level performance and related outcomes (including operational efficiency).
